We have an exciting business transformation project with a reputable client of ours, this program of work is expected to span over two years. As part of this project, you will be responsible for the selection, implementation and adoption of a new solution that will be rolled out across the entire business. As the Change Manager you will be taking significant change that will have long lasting impacts in the operations of digital and business across people, process and execution across the business. We are looking for an individual who can hold accountability in defining, designing, executing and implementing change within the organisation. The ability to deliver large complex transformation change, facilitate stakeholder engagement and deliver time critical high impact change will be paramount in this position. Key responsibilities and duties: Extensive experience in definition, execution and deliver of a business transformation programs of work Define, plan and execute all aspects of the program of work including RAID and financial Lead and manage a team in the definition, delivery and adoption of the business outcomes including People. Process and Technology across multiple areas of business operations What is required for the role: Proven experience with HCM Hands on training delivery would be beneficial Competencies across Microsoft suite Exposure to the utilities industry would be advantageous We are currently reviewing candidates who apply and will shortlist the first week of January.
