This unique program is looking to run on a Tuesday or Wednesday during school term in Dubbo. Hydrotherapy is very important to the well-being of people with cerebral palsy.Water-based therapy may help to improve muscle tone, relax joints and soft tissues, and the buoyancy of the water allows freedom of movement that may not be possible in land-based therapy. Plus, it is fun. So come along and lend a hand!The role of Volunteer Hydrotherapy Pool support is to welcome our Hydrotherapy clients as they enter the centre. Volunteers are also required to keep an eye on the clients in the pool, as an extra safety measure.
