The appointee will lead development of innovative undergraduate courses in Food Science to equip future generations of learners with the knowledge and skills required for industry and society. In this rare continuing teaching and research role, the appointee will also have the opportunity to develop research projects of such a scope and scale that ensures trans-disciplinary collaboration across research groups as well as significant industry and government engagement. The successful candidate will also encourage an environment of creativity and innovation in the Faculty and engage with the broader academic and professional community to promote and enhance the national and international profile of the University.
