ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and hands-on Marketing Manager to join our team in Rochedale, QLD. This role is perfect for someone who is strategic yet execution-focused, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and enjoys working closely with sales and operations teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the family management team, this role will suit a multi-skilled marketing professional who can confidently manage projects, roll up their sleeves, and get things done. The Marketing Manager will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement, ensuring Moreton Hire continues to stand out in a competitive market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, content, and brand marketing.
* Manage marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
* Support sales and business development teams with marketing collateral, proposals, and event activations.
* Oversee content creation, including social media, website management, and email marketing.
* Coordinate sponsorships and partnerships to maximise brand exposure and return on investment.
* Work closely with the operations team to manage marketing for Moreton Hire’s expo presence, including stand design, signage, and promotional activities.
* Analyse marketing performance and optimise campaigns to improve results.
ABOUT YOU

* Passionate about brand storytelling, digital marketing, and delivering measurable business impact.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
* 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in events, exhibitions, or a B2B environment.
* A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
* Experience in budget management, campaign execution, and digital marketing.
* Strong knowledge of CRM systems, lead generation, and content marketing strategies.
* Hands-on experience managing social media, website content, and event activations.
* The ability to measure and report on marketing performance and demonstrate ROI.
