We are seeking a seasoned Hospitality IT Manager to oversee and manage our technology projects & Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure, while aligning technology strategies with our overall business objectives.Job Description :Strategic IT Leadership : Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee IT budget and resource allocation. Stay updated on technology trends.Project Management : Manage and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with stakeholders, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.Systems Management : Manage and maintain critical IT systems like PMS, GRMS, network infrastructure, and security systems. Troubleshoot issues and implement security measures.Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the IT team. Recruit, train, and foster a positive work environment.Vendor Management : Manage relationships with IT vendors and negotiate contracts.Reporting : Report to the IT Director.Job RequirementsExperience : 20+ years in hospitality IT management, with in-depth knowledge of PMS, GRMS, network, and security systems.Skills : Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent understanding of IT security best practices.Certifications : Preferred certifications in relevant IT fields.Education : Master's degree in C.S., IT, or a related field. Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement.
