We partner with companies of all sizes to provide the highest quality of services available to transitioning employees and their families.Job DescriptionWe have an opening for a contract Integration / Career (Job Search Strategy) Coach based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia to support our relocation solutions. This role involves working 1:1 with employees of our client companies who are relocating, using IMPACT Group's technology and coaching methodology, and supporting their spouses/partners with job search assistance.This is a part-time, contract, remote/work from home position, approximately 15 hours per month.ResponsibilitiesEstablish rapport with employees and accompanying spouses/partners, motivating them to achieve goals and providing training on cultural differences and expectations.Guide accompanying spouses/partners through the coaching process and milestone completion.Advise and coach on career development, transition issues, and career options.Maintain electronic service delivery records for each employee serviced, according to internal guidelines.Monitor progress of employees, consulting on integration into the new area, cross-cultural training, and addressing personal issues affecting their careers.Requirements5 to 7 years of experience coaching others in job search, including resume development and interview preparation.Expat or repat who understands the ups and downs of relocation.Able to analyze and address transitional/integration needs and potential cross-cultural challenges.Ability to engage and foster positive relationships with program participants/clients.Understanding of business and cultural practices within Melbourne or Sydney and surrounding areas.Currently lives and/or works in Melbourne or Sydney regions.High-speed internet connection and required equipment for remote work.Experience working with international job seekers is a plus.Ideal CandidateBachelor's degree in a discipline involving the study of human behavior, business, or related field preferred.Coaching certificate and training.Experience in Career Coaching, Life Coaching, Business Coaching, Facilitation, and Cross-Cultural Training.Familiarity with Zoom & MS Teams.Has personally relocated to a different country and repatriated to Australia.Fluently speaks English and French.IMPACT Group is the leading provider of career-life transition services, serving more than 150 Fortune 500 companies worldwide and ranked #1 for customer satisfaction for 12 years.
