While this procurement will consider candidates working on a partial remote basis, regular travel to ACT will be required.This project will be a time and materials-based contract with milestones and deliverables agreed with SO1 – Training System Integration. Indicative deliverables for this contract include:Lead the review and redraft of the Home Station Training Army Capability Needs Document.Support the Fundamental Inputs into Capability analysis for Home Station Training and the Live Virtual and Constructive training environment.Lead project management and trial manager responsibilities for Risk Reduction Activities related to HST.Develop User Requirements for capabilities related to HST and instrumented collective training.Development of trial reports and directives as required.Budget planning and resource analysis as required.Workshop facilitation as required.Specified Personnel:The ideal candidate for this role will have:Verifiable project management experience within the public sector (preferably Defence) of at least 5 years.Contemporary knowledge of Army Collective Training, including the use of instrumentation and simulation.Experience in leading capability trials within the Public and/or Defence Sector.Experience in technical report writing and the ability to produce recommendations and insights backed by sound analysis.Kirra Services acknowledges all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work and live.
