The Role | We are currently looking for an enthusiastic full-time legal secretary to join our Sydney office within our Disputes team.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, capable and motivated to work autonomously and within a successful team.
This role will involve: liaising with clients and staff preparation and drafting of legal documents correspondence in respect of emails, letters and internal memos collating court documents billing and financial assistance of practice diary management opening, maintaining and closing electronic files Requirements of the role | The successful candidate for this role will have: flexible and adaptable, proactive and comfortable working unsupervised a positive attitude and the ability to manage the workflow of multiple fee earners intermediate to advanced computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook exceptional verbal and written communication skills experience using document management and billing systems (FileSite, Aderant Expert, or similar) strong organisational and file management skills a minimum of three years' experience as a Legal Secretary What we offer | As a major independent corporate firm we pose an opportunity to work with a strong and established client base, with genuine growth trajectories, and a variety of benefits including: interesting and challenging pro-bono opportunities, flexible working, 26 weeks of parental leave, flu vaccinations and skin checks annually, study assistance, sophisticated employee assistance program, daily breakfast, corporate discounts, variety of social activities including office based events, EOFY and end of year functions, sporting teams and much more.
