We service the NDIS, disability, and aged care sectors via online and phone sales and offer state-wide door-to-door delivery.We are seeking an experienced, senior Customer Service & Administration Supervisor with demonstrated experience in Customer Service, Administration, and Sales for a permanent part-time role with an immediate start.About the Role: The role of Customer Service & Administration Supervisor reports to the Manager – PQTHS. This is a hands-on role that will see you guiding and supporting your team to achieve outstanding results, while also having regular contact with key internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer enquiries and orders by phone, email, and websiteAccurately record and maintain customer informationIn bound/out bound sales and customer relationship development, including team coaching to enhance these skillsLiaise and collaborate with internal team members to ensure positive customer and business outcomesManage the compliments and complaints registerContinually review and improve business practices and processesManage the performance of sales team membersManage day-to-day operations of the team including rosteringEnsure adherence to Associations policies and procedures, and apply best practice procedures to Customer Service activitiesUndertake administrative tasks to ensure compliance and efficiency of daily operationsLead by example and inspire a collaborative, positive, and results-oriented work environmentCandidate Requirements: Front line Customer Service and Sales experienceProven experience in a customer care, retention, or results-oriented environmentCollaboration and teamwork skillsSelf-driven with a passion for performance, customer experience, and people engagementAbility to think creatively and problem solveAbility to think analytically and use data insights to make decisionsAttention to detail and high level of accuracyExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skillsHigh level of computer skills and ability to learn new programs quicklyAbility to work autonomously and within a team environmentIndustry experience in the health or similarA perfect role for someone looking to progress their career or a person at the level required but looking to work for a great organisation that aligns with its values.
