The successful candidate will oversee and manage multiple landscaping projects, ensuring they are within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and coordination with clients, contractors, and team members. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in the construction of commercial projects, environmental rehabilitation, civil storm-water systems, gabion landscape installation, sports fields, and general landscaping. - Plan, organise, and manage daily work schedules and project time-lines. - Ensure all work complies with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. - Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to achieve project goals. - Monitor and manage project budgets, materials, and resources. - Provide training and mentor-ship to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Skills & Experience - Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman or in a similar role within the landscaping industry. - Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and equipment. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. - Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints. - Valid driver's license - Relevant certifications or qualifications in horticulture or landscaping are highly desirable.
