Use Your Power for PurposeThe CFC Insights & Execution Associate, within Pfizer's IIS division, supports the commercial brand strategy by assisting in the provision of data-driven insights and collaborating with leaders to drive impactful business decisions.
This role includes: delivering high-quality strategic business decision support to Customer Facing Colleagues (CFCs), CFC leadership and country/cluster business leaders, as well as incorporating CFC insights into the broader go-to-market strategy.
The CFC Insights & Execution Associate will also partner closely with relevant teams responsible for the delivery of CFC reporting and customer data management and stewardship, ensuring the delivery of quality and strategically aligned CFC reporting.What You Will AchieveIn this role, you will:Support delivery of globally consistent Customer Facing Colleague (CFC) Reporting and Stewardship solutions aligned with local market leadership.Partner with other local teams inclusive of Biopharma Operations Partners (BOPs), Incentive compensation and CFC Delivery group and CFC enablement as appropriate to provide the data to support prioritized Field Force initiatives.Partner with global reporting solution product owners to evolve reporting solutions in line with local market needs, working back with local market stakeholders through change management and training as needed.
