Working as an integral part of the office, this is a fantastic opportunity to provide day to day administrative support to an Operations / Finance Manager and team. This is a well rounded position working in a supportive team environment. Duties will include, but not be limited to; First point of contact for clients via phone or email Accounts Payable and Payroll support Assisting with tender submissions (InDesign) Managing office supplies Maintaining office Ensuring filling is kept up to date Event management Providing administrative support to the Directors and wider team as required We are looking for someone who thrives in a varied role.
