We have sessional trainer opportunities available to deliver both short and long courses across face-to-face and online training in Adelaide and SA.
Additionally, for those open to travel, we have extra hours and work available in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

About the Role:At genU Training, we offer a wide range of courses across various industries, including Community Services, Business, Hospitality, and more.
While you may not currently hold accreditation in these areas, if you have industry employment experience, we can work with you to map your skills and support the accreditation process.
Our goal is to connect passionate trainers with meaningful opportunities to share their expertise, whether through short courses, accredited training, or professional development programs.
If you have hands-on experience and a desire to train the next generation of professionals, we'd love to explore how we can support you in becoming accredited and delivering impactful training.
Responsibilities:Evaluate learner competencies to ensure skill development and knowledge retention.Contribute to ASQA compliance and continuous improvement processes.Positively contribute to the genU Training team and organizational goals.Deliver high quality services to existing and potential clients.Successful and timely completion of all documents/reporting to a high standard in terms of quality and compliance.Have a positive contribution to the training team.Deliver training to participants in both classroom, workplace and e-learning environments.What We're Looking For:We are looking for dedicated professionals with a passion for education and training.
The ideal candidate will have:
