In this role, you will lead a team of residential team leaders, senior support workers, and disability support workers, fostering a leadership approach that aligns with and reinforces genU's values. Your primary focus will be ensuring that people living with disabilities are supported to live safe, healthy, and comfortable lives through high-quality, person-centred care.Your main responsibilities in this role will be but not limited to :Provide leadership direction and assistance to team membersBuild strong networks across the business: Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve key objectives within the scope of the roleQuality assurance: Ensuring ongoing compliance to NDIS practice standardsMonitor service delivery standards assessing the quality of client service outcomes, potential risks, and complaints managementSupport setting targets and budgets for the team and monitor, report on tracking against targets monthlyAbout YouTo be successful in this role you will have :Leadership experience – ideally managing large teams at varying position levelsAnalytical skills along with a positive attitude and the ability to problem solveComprehensive knowledge of delivering services to people living with a disability, older Victorians, and people living with mental health issuesFinance management – aligning budget expenditure to approved budgetsAn understanding of client care plans ensuring effective communications on care needs and support requirementsYou will also need the following :Tertiary qualifications in disability or related field, or Certificate IV with substantial experienceWorking with Vulnerable Persons (NDIS Endorsement and Child Related Activity)Current and Valid Driver's LicenseCurrent First Aid and CPR trainingDesirable but not required experience with systems :Carelink or similar rostering systemsSAP Success Factors (Recruitment and Staff Management)EluminaFor You?genU staff have access to a range of benefits, including but not limited to the following :Investment in You: In addition to a comprehensive induction program & ongoing professional development, genU is committed to providing opportunities for career progression.
