About the Role
As a Lifecycle Campaigns Coordinator, you will provide support to deliver lifecycle communications that meet business objectives. This role requires liaising with various stakeholders outside the Lifecycle team and working closely with the broader Lifecycle team to improve personalisation, campaign testing, and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day running of the Lifecycle team
* Contribute to improving customer/donor journeys and campaign tracking and performance
* Collaborate across marketing and the wider Donor Experience team to ensure on-time, accurate, and effective work
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Proven experience implementing lifecycle marketing initiatives and omnichannel campaigns
* Understanding of marketing channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, and outbound call campaigns
* Development and execution of marketing automation campaigns using Oracle Eloqua
* Ability to leverage data and reporting to analyse and report on campaign performance and effectiveness
* Problem-solving and creative thinking skills
* High level of computer skills, with well-developed MS-Office suite skills
* Experience in managing processes with sensitive and complex data
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
