This role will span both Occupational Health and Injury Management.Responsibilities will include:
Occupational Health: Treatment, functional capacity assessments, drug and alcohol testing, audiometry, and spirometry.Injury Management: Delivering consulting services, return to work services, and Randstad exclusive initiatives.We are a team dedicated to providing high-quality services and continuous improvement. Worksite Assessments, Graduated Return to Work schedules)Role requirements:It is desirable that the successful applicant possess the following:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and explain assessment recommendationsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Case Management toolsThe ability to work independently and as part of a team (including with third party providers)A solid understanding of musculoskeletal injuries, the recovery process, and their impact on functionQualifications:
