This role is essential for enhancing our brand presence online and expanding our customer base through effective proposal deliveries and exceptional relationship management. We are a remote friendly agency with about half our team based in New England and half distributed across the US. For candidates local to Boston area we are soon moving to an awesome new office by Fenway!Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for website build solutions.Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Prospect via LinkedIn, cold calls/emails. Lead intake calls with consultative, solutions-oriented approach showcasing our expertise in brand marketing, performance marketing and website development projects.Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand marketing initiatives. Participate in weekly internal sales meetings.Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research to inform sales strategy decisions.Oversee the proposal development process to ensure competitive and compelling offerings.Utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot Sales Hub for tracking and managing sales activities.Support website development teams with insights on web trends and customer needs, run website crawls, present proposals using PandaDoc templates to match client goals, budgets and timelines.QualificationsProven experience in sales, specifically in website development projects. 6+ years in digital agency environment preferred.Strong understanding of brand marketing and its impact on sales performance.Experience with website development and content management systems, particularly WordPress/Drupal.Familiarity with digital marketing, brand and performance marketing concepts and tools.Ability to analyze website performance using tools like Google Lighthouse and BuiltWith.Exceptional consultative sales skills with a focus on relationship building.Experience with prospecting and lead generation in a B2B environment.Knowledge of additional platforms such as Google Workspace, HubSpot, Apollo is a plus.BenefitsRemote work option for those in MA, NH, RI, ME, CT, NY, NJ, NC, TN, FL, IL, MO, TX, UT, AZ, CA, ID, PA, OH and CO, Boston office available for those local.PTO, 13 paid holidays, Summer Fridays June-September.401k plus match.Healthcare with 80% employer coverage.Continuing education, personal budget for trade event/conference attendance.OTE for year 1 is $180k+.Email Your Resume In Word To: Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
