Gutter-Vac Pty Ltd are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team.
We are looking for someone that is reliable, confident and eager to learn in the administrative
field.
This role would suit a recent school leaver wishing to begin their business career with no
previous experience necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong computer skills/typing

• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
• Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adapt to a changing work environment
• Must be well presented and punctual
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Preparing documentation
• Assisting Franchise Development Support Officer and other team members when required
• Assisting Project Manager with our Quality Assurance and file system.
• Co-ordinate and prepare paperwork for franchise training
• Managing diaries and appointments
• Data entry
• General office duties
