Job Title: Public Area Cleaner
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Area Cleaner to join our team at AVANI Melbourne Central Residences on a casual basis. As a Public Area Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property in public and common areas.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all public and common areas.
* Complete cleaning tasks within allocated hours set by the company.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAFF MEMBERS, CLIENTS, AND CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL.
Requirements:
* Previous housekeeping experience is essential.
* You should have experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines.
* A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences is required.
* You should have a strong attention to detail and be able to personalise a service.
* You must be available to work a variety of shifts on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
