This is a Full-time position for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deal Processing: Manage and prepare sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
2. Debtors and Creditors Management: Invoicing and payments, handling both debtors and creditors to maintain accurate financial records.
3. Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing with a keen eye for detail.
4. Manage Banking: Daily reconcile.
5. Retail Support: Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support for our RACV retail shop.
About You:
1. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
3. Familiarity with debtor and creditor management.
4. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
