The Role
The purpose of this role is to ensure that all company Food Safety policies, procedures, and programs are meeting and exceeding industry standards and relevant rules and regulations in the region.
To manage the Quality Management system implementation and continuous improvement across sites for the region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, schedule, and conduct internal audits and manage/participate in external food safety audits to ensure compliance and maintain certification.
Manage and conduct Licensing Agreement and food safety and quality registration.
Create continuous improvement and training program for all sites.
Measure the end-to-end quality and execution of all operational processes applying assessment against pre-existing scorecards.
Work closely with the Quality team and sites to ensure that auditing is balanced across all areas and focused when required.
Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications
Lead Food Safety Auditor, Internal Auditor, Food Safety Supervisor.
Food science qualification or equivalent preferred.
Proven ability to conduct a diverse range of professional assignments, particularly compliance and due diligence.
Ability to work autonomously.
Strong attention to detail.
Initiative, enthusiasm, teamwork, and an ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
