Receptionist / Administration Assistant
Full-time position based in Wagga Wagga
Our team is looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for all clients accessing Riverina Community College services at our office in Wagga. You'll embody our commitment to excellence in service and education. About the role
* First point of contact for students & customers of RCC
* Provide support to clients and students of RCC
* Administrative, finance and reception duties
* Providing information and knowledge of RCC service offerings for a customer focused solution
* Maintain facilities: room set up, bookings and coordination of course schedules
* Maintain student records online
About you
* Highly developed communication skills and the ability to assist our clients and employers;
* Exceptional customer service
* Excellent time management and organisational skills;
* Thrive in a busy, rapidly changing environment;
* Good administrative skills and computer literacy skills
* Hold a current valid drivers licence
* Hold a current WWCC and Police check (or willingness to obtain)
