Job Summary
This role is a Customer Service Representative position with a state government organisation in Armidale. The successful candidate will work on a rotating roster, Monday-Friday, providing exceptional customer service to clients.
About the Role
The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:
* Answering inbound calls and addressing queries
* Providing accurate information to clients as the first point of contact for walk-ins
* Working in a fast-paced environment to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in government, banking, insurance, or retail (highly desirable)
* Previous experience in customer service, administration, or similar (essential)
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively 'through the phone'
* Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and navigate multiple screens
