We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to play a pivotal role in managing Subaru's network. As part of this key position, you will work directly with Business Managers, our Retailer network, and national administration teams, supporting Subaru’s goals across Australia. Join us and help us shape the future of Subaru as a trusted partner to our dealers and a vital member of our team.Reporting to the Regional Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Wholesale of Vehicles - Manage daily vehicle invoicing and related administration, while serving as the first point of contact for dealers and handling any inquiries.Inventory Management - Coordinate monthly orders, manage inventory, oversee dealer stock swaps, and liaise with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory management in compliance with deadlines and policies.Reporting & Analysis - Prepare daily wholesale forecasts, manage weekly and monthly reports, and assist the National Sales Manager and Sales Operations Manager with ad-hoc reporting as needed.Dealer Support - Analyse the dealer network for business improvement opportunities, provide administrative support, ensure KPI compliance, monitor service levels, and facilitate dealer operations.Advertising & Event Coordination - Assist in managing quarterly advertising plans, coordinating national sales campaigns, handling advertising approvals in line with Subaru’s brand identity, and organizing key events such as meetings, incentive trips, and training sessions.Skills & Experience:Previous experience in the automotive industry – desirable not essential.Experience dealing with difficult customers or working in high-pressure environments.A valid driver’s license.Strong planning and execution skills.High-level proficiency in MS Excel.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Excellent attention to detail with a customer-centric approach.Accountability and ownership of your work.Strong business acumen to contribute strategically to Subaru’s growth.Apply NowAt Subaru, we believe in creating a dynamic, supportive environment where your contributions truly matter.
