About the Role:
We are expanding our team to enhance component repair and refurbishment capabilities. We seek a skilled Technical Coordinator with an engineering or mechanical trade background to join our Para Hills West remanufacturing division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop repair, refurbish, and reconditioning methods according to the Reman Repair Management System Draft
* Work closely with the Planning team to ensure all refurbished orders are processed and prioritised for production
* Generate production and repair drawings and documentation, and provide technical support to team leaders
* Bld and maintain relationships with subcontractors to ensure timely deliveries
* Control the local technical drawing database for issuing refurbishment work orders
* Support Reman capability and quality projects with data and engineering analysis
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering or Mechanical Trade
* Knowledge of SolidWorks or other similar CAD packages
* Engineering knowledge in materials properties and basic stress analysis
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Strong verbal communication and report writing skills
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing

Salary:
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
