We are seeking to employ an experienced Project Administrator to join our team.
Job Description:
Develop cost estimates and prepare quotations for new jobs and for variations in scope of works.
Review and negotiate variations in client contracts and Letters of Intent, including costs.
Work and liaise with the Pazzi Team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination between the Pazzi Team, clients, architects, engineers, suppliers, builders and all stakeholders of each client project.
Act as the main contact for Pazzi clients and project stakeholders.
Organize meetings with stakeholders and Pazzi Team as required and document decisions and actions required.
Manage client projects on project software (Moraware).
Manage paperwork and data associated with each client project and services provided by Pazzi Marble & Granite.
Analyse construction plans and specifications and update variations on architects plans and drawings and manage variation trail on Moraware.
Monitor progress of client projects and advise the director and/or senior management on any matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions.
Attend site inspections and visits as and when required.
Prepare quotations for tendering projects.
Collect and analyse data associated with client projects and report on project outcomes as directed.
Any other duties as reasonably required.
About you:
The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Project Administrator in the building & construction industry.
Tertiary qualifications in Project and Program Management. Qualifications in Building & Construction will be highly regarded.
Project Management software experience.
Sound experience in tracking project milestones, schedules & project plans & budget schedules as well as experience in costing and preparing quotations for new projects as well as variations in scope of works, reviewing and negotiating variations in contracts.
Well-developed communication & interpersonal skills.
Key stakeholder engagement skills.
Effectively liaise with internal & external stakeholders.
