Administration Officer - North Queensland RegionEducation (Organisation site)North Queensland Region, School and Regional Operations and Performance DivisionThe Early Childhood Regulatory Authority Townsville Office is looking for someone who is a strong high performing administrative officer, with strong communication skills and customer service skills to support the Regulatory team to provide quality service to their clients.The role of Administration Officer is offered on a temporary full-time basis, for a period of 11 weeks, unless otherwise determined.The Administration Officer reports to the Manager and/or Director, Regulation North Queensland Region.The Administration Officer is the first point of contact in the North Queensland Regulatory team, providing professional, efficient and confidential administration support. Your role encompasses providing quality administrative and corporate support within the North Queensland Regulatory team, where you will work in a fast-paced environment that requires your efficient time management and strong customer service skills.As an Administration Officer your responsibilities include:Provide confidential administrative support, information and advice to Directors, Managers and other staff in accordance with departmental policies and procedures, on administrative, human resource and financial issues.Work collegially as a team for the delivery of administrative and corporate support functions for the region.Maintain the records management system, National database systems and administer the flow of correspondence across the unit.
