If you stay for 2 years, you will receive AUD$10,500… and for your 3rd year (and every year after that), you will receive AUD$7,000.In your downtime, we will provide 2 return airfares p.a. (including spouse/dependents) to the nearest east coast provincial city in conjunction with your recreation leave; of which we offer 5 weeks p.a. with a 17.5% loading/bonus.Base salary ranges between $152,448 and $163,311 p.a. The service provides a comprehensive range of health services to the Camooweal community, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including a Hospital Based Ambulance and Outreach Pharmacy, acute care, aged care, community health, chronic disease, general outpatient services, allied health services as well as other visiting health services.The Director of Nursing provides contemporary operational and professional clinical nursing leadership for the Camooweal Primary Healthcare Centre (PHC). The role shapes clinical and corporate governance; and provides the coordination of service delivery, human and material management, expertise in health care team communication and highly developed data analysis and fiscal management to deliver safe, quality, effective and efficient healthcare provision. Requirements Mandatory requirements are a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.A period of probation may apply.Interested?
