The Position Reporting to the Channel Excellence Manager, ANZ an exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time CRM Systems Administrator to come and join our high performing team Your role as the CRM Systems Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all CRM related activities for the organisation. A key focus for this position is to maintain our VEEVA CRM program and support customer/product maintenance across other internal systems such as Boehringer Ingelheim's loyalty program, Alight & MDGx. Tasks & Responsibilities - Be the VEEVA CRM Champion to ensure data accuracy, security, policies, and access is monitored and maintained. - Maintain critical master data in our CRM tool (Veeva), Alight (Loyalty Program) and MDGx (Financial) - Review system issues and change requests (DCRs) raised by CRM users and co-ordinating appropriate actions and resources required to address them. - Facilitates changes to customers in Alight. E.g. new clinics, buying group movements, wholesaler code changes, etc. - Action and support internal team requests such as creating new starters, territory & segmentation changes, consent lists, or other system topics. - Identify opportunities for improving master data processes, governance, and quality. - Engage with global & regional teams to identify best practices, developments, updates, etc. - Lead or participate in projects related to data governance, system integrations and updates. Requirements - Veeva, or equivalent, CRM system experience is required. - Strong ability to effectively engage stakeholders. - Ability to demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. - Strong commitment to achieve measurable outcomes and exceeding performance expectations. - Possess the ability to analyse complex situations and identify key factors that influence outcomes. - Demonstrated ability to meticulously analyse and process information. - Demonstrated ability to analyse complex situations and make informed decisions. - Ability to convey information clearly and concisely. - Ability to communicate data driven recommendation. - Solid approach to problem solving. - Drive cross-functional collaboration.
