Findstaff are seeking an experienced recruiter who can fulfil IntoWorks’ needs recruiting for staff across various roles Australia wide. You will recruit for roles across multiple locations to a high level utilising the latest technology and recruitment trends.

About the role
Based in Northcote, Melbourne, this role will involve recruitment and placement of staff to provide a top quality service to the IntoWork Group. Although you will operate with a degree of autonomy you will be expected to be a team player and have the ability to establish and build relationships with our hiring managers. Using your previous experience within recruitment and stakeholder engagement you will be able to hit the ground running while aiding and supporting the team, introducing new and innovative thinking into resourcing.
You will be able to focus on recruitment process and sourcing quality candidates to directly contribute to the growth and success of the organisation. Your specialist focus will be on our candidate channel, finding and engaging with experienced professionals.
About you
1. You have experience in recruiting and proven success recruiting across white & blue collar industries, labour hire experience is essential
2. Experience using recruitment programs (FastTrack 360 an advantage)
3. An innovative thinker with strategies to attract talent
4. Exceptional communication, interpersonal & stakeholder management skills
5. You can maintain positive relationships with our hiring managers, ensuring they are supported during the recruitment process
6. You have a broad skill set that sets you up for success; a true professional with a reputation for being well organised with a high level of attention to detail.
7. To be successful you will be highly motivated and have the ability to manage competing demands. Flexibility and commitment is a must for this role.
8. You’ll have a can-do attitude and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior management stakeholders
