What you will be doing:
* Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Karratha Warehouse and Trade Centre, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery and service level expectations of products to customers.
* Maintain a high standard of customer service through effective communication, accuracy, and handling of stock within the centre. Build good customer relations and assist with handling customer complaints.
* Process and generate relevant documentation and transactions, such as ROSA’s, Dangerous Goods documentation, sales, delivery dockets, and consignment notes.
* Undertake cycle counts of stock, participate in stocktakes, and manage purchasing, despatch, and invoicing of goods. Receive goods documentation and shelf pack replenishment stock.
* Pick orders, put away incoming stocks, despatch goods, tint paint, load and unload vehicles. Conduct routine maintenance checks on plant equipment and report any defects.
* Assist the Trade Centre Manager with regular and timely reporting and data entry for the business. Provide regular reports or statistics as required.
* In consultation with the Trade Centre Manager, develop continuous improvement plans for the Trade Centre. Develop safety and 5S housekeeping plans as part of the Trade Centre Team.
* Communicate with suppliers and service customers, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of satisfaction.
About You:

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:
* Previous experience in a warehouse role.
* Forklift License and experience operating a counterbalance Forklift.
* Current manual driver's license.
* Experience with using SAP (desirable).
* A strong focus on health and safety.
* Good physical fitness and health.
* A driven, self-motivated personality.
* Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
