John Fawkner Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our administration team on a Part-time basis. You will play a key role working within our supportive team to ensure our patients have a positive experience during their care.

John Fawkner Private Hospital has a long-established tradition for providing quality healthcare to our local community, the veteran community and patients travelling from regional northwest Victoria.
As a Receptionist your responsibilities will include:
* Handle various administrative tasks including:
o Manage a busy reception desk
o Meeting and greeting patients/guests
o Answer and redirect calls
o Managing patient appointments – setting, confirming, and rescheduling
o Conduct follow up requests and make reminder calls for visits
o Maintain accurate record management
o Patient billing and receipting
o Perform clerical tasks including data entry and filing
Essential Criteria:
* Authority to Work in Australia
* Minimum 1 year of medical administration or reception experience required
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient in Medical Software (i.e WebPAS) - desirable
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
