Control & Instrumentation Inspector 34 per hour (outside IR35) + average 40hr week (Mon-Fri) + 5hrs paid travel time per per hour + min 6month contract Control & Instrumentation Inspector responsibilities include: Site-based, testing and inspecting Electrical products and instruments. Working on live, mega-scale construction site / project. Working towards testing and inspecting procedures. Analysing & interpreting data. Writing reports and producing documentation. Collaborating with the team on site & providing technical support. Act as Advisor providing technical and legislative advice where necessary. Control & Instrumentation Inspector profile; Degree or similar level in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering Minimum 10yrs electrical control and instrumentation Engineering experience + ideally 5yrs experience in inspections of said equipment. Experience working on large scale construction sites ideally in Oil & Gas, Renewables, Waste to Energy, Nuclear or similar. C&G 2391 Inspection and Testing certificate and fully conversant with 18th edition IEE Wiring Regulations; BS7671:2018 Current UK driving license. Proven technical knowledge and understanding. Excellent customer service manner, with strong communications and interpersonal skills.
