Amidst an exciting stage of transformation and growth, the organisation seeks to appoint a talented Chief Financial Officer & Head of Property (CFO/HOP).Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the Senior Executive Team, the CFO/HOP will provide leadership across DPV Health's Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Capital Works, Property and Fleet Services.
As an engaging partner across the business, the CFO/HOP will support the strategic and operational success of the organisation through the design, delivery and implementation of DPV Health's financial, infrastructure and sustainability strategies.
They will also work closely with service directorates to optimise performance and financial viability, whilst applying a robust financial modelling framework to support growth.The successful candidate will have been a CFO, Deputy CFO or Director of Finance and had experience working with Boards and Committees.
CPA or CA qualified with health sector experience, they will have an excellent record of enhancing organisational financial sustainability, business cases, compliance, reporting and driving service delivery improvements.
Evidencing success in change management, they will be recognised as a collaborative leader who engages meaningfully with people and services.
