They engage with customers by contacting and selling research subscriptions and advisory services to C-level executives from large corporations and government organizations in Australia and New Zealand.As a technical sales representative, you will be responsible for lead management, cold calling, qualifying leads, and speaking with senior executive decision-makers to introduce our research and advisory services. You will handle discovery calls and direct sales from initial contact to closing, tailoring packages to meet client needs.Additionally, technical sales representatives must stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position their products in the market, ultimately driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with customers.To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate you meet the following criteria: Compiling lead lists, research companies and prospects, and competitive position(s). Staying informed about the products and services offered by employers and competitors, as well as market trends.Visiting current and prospective clients to identify and pursue sales opportunities.Identifying and driving new business opportunities with new-to-ADAPT organizations across Australia and New Zealand. Conducting needs analysis and explaining the most relevant ADAPT services to prospective clients and customers.Directly negotiating and organizing proposals and subsequent contracts with clients and customers Applying ADAPT's value differentiations and communicating these to prospects through a mix of phone and video calls, and face-to-face sales. Managing complex high-revenue sales across the matrix and diverse business environments. Mastering and consistently executing ADAPT's sales methodology. Reporting to sales management on completed sales and the marketability of products and services.Handling of forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
