Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Existing Network: Access to or experience working with HNW clientele
* 5+ Years in Sales: Preferably within financial services, though other relevant sectors may be considered
* Growth Mindset: Ready to manage evolving client needs in an ever-changing global market
* Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Finance, Business, or related field (advanced degrees / certifications a plus)
* Skills: Strong relationship development, risk awareness, and consultative selling approach
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect and acquire HNW clients across multiple regions
* Collaborate with internal teams, including hedge fund managers, to ensure smooth client onboarding
* Maintain and update KYC documentation for each account originated
* Conduct client-facing meetings, jointly or independently, providing consistent reports and feedback
* Stay on top of global economic trends, market shifts, and compliance standards
* Commission-Only, High-Earning Potential: Weekly payouts with one of the industry’s most lucrative commission structures (top performers can earn between $100k and $500k+)
* World-Class Training: Daily market briefs and advanced training sessions, provided by experienced fund managers
* Professional Growth: Opportunities for ongoing learning, plus potential stock options for top producers when Balfour goes public in 2024
