The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estate Solicitor to join our Wills & Estates team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities The core duties and responsibilities of the role will include: Providing technical advice to clients on various matters including succession and estate planning, structuring and establishing trusts, establishing powers of attorney and advising on family provision applications. Administration of estates including obtaining probate and letters of administration. Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings. Mentoring and supervising junior staff; and Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service. Requirements Our ideal candidate will have: 2 years of hands-on experience in managing estate administration and planning, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the processes involved. A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering practical and commercially sound advice to clients. Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with other solicitors and support staff. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
