Monadelphous are seeking a highly motivated Quality Coordinator to join our Gladstone Operations team based on Curtis Island QLD. This role will see you working Monday to Friday (9 day fortnight), reporting to the QGC Midstream Turnaround and Campaign Manager.
The Quality Coordinator will support the QGC Midstream Turnarounds function by coordinating quality turnaround related works.

Key Responsibilities include
* Actively communicating and contributing towards a positive Quality culture
* Working with Turnaround Leads to identify improvement opportunities and drive to implement plans to achieve Flawless TAR delivery
* Coordinating the management of Flawless delivery, from kick off through to close out, working closely with the Quality Sponsors, Captains and Action Owners
* Coordinating Lessons Learnt record, including communication and tracking with relevant stakeholders
* Maintaining and monitoring Quality systems and procedures
* Working with the TAR planner for the completions process of TAR scopes and work packs
* Leading Quality workshops and coordinating Quality training
* Providing updates during the TAR review audit on progress
* Communicating delivery progress to the Turnaround Team and Steering Committee
* Raising Non-Conformance Reports
What you will bring
* Previous experience working in the resources sector in a Quality role
* An understanding of quality systems, processes, audits and general requirements for the construction and maintenance industries
* Confident user of MS Office Suite, with previous experience working in SAP or Maximo (highly regarded)
* Well-developed communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
* A motivated and proactive approach to quality management and reporting
* The ability to obtain relevant information, identify key issues and relationships, compare data from different sources and identify cause-effect relationships
* A clear commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
* Proof of right to work in Australia
