We are currently seeking talented and dedicated professionals to join our team.We are open to flexible work arrangements, including work-from-home opportunities, to ensure that our team members have a healthy work-life balance.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Greenscape Design is looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join our team.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Engaging in the collection of data using specialized surveying tools and advanced photogrammetry equipment to ensure accurate measurements and assessments.Conducting detailed estimations of costs associated with various project components while also developing timelines to provide a clear understanding of the expected duration of tasks.Carrying out thorough inspections of both materials and workmanship to verify compliance with established specifications, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring that all aspects of the project adhere to quality requirements.Overseeing and coordinating the schedules of various project activities to ensure that timelines are met and that all tasks are aligned with the overall project plan.Involved in the drafting, revising, and editing of plans, maps, charts, and drawings, ensuring that all documentation is precise and up-to-date to facilitate the construction process.Developing initial sketches, as well as more detailed drawings and specifications, which serve as the foundation for the project and guide the construction team throughout the build.Engaging in the understanding and interpretation of various plans, regulations, and guidelines that govern the construction process, ensuring that all work aligns with legal and professional standards.Providing comprehensive support to Construction Managers, Architects, and Surveyors in their efforts to effectively plan and organize projects, contributing to the successful execution of construction activities.WHAT YOU NEED:Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Diploma in Building Design, or a related fieldA minimum of 4 years of post-graduate experience in the respective disciplineProficiency in relevant software applicationsRequired Skills:Proficiency in Revit/Archicad and Adobe SuiteExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate with a teamSalary Expectation: $70,000 to $80,000 per annum
