You will serve as a clinical expert for staff regarding behavioral health interventions and establish evidence-based goals, standards of performance, policies and procedures, and interpret standards and regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Staff Development: Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to therapists and case managers, fostering a culture of professional growth and staff retention.Clinical Excellence: Establish and uphold evidence-based clinical practices, set measurable goals, and ensure compliance with state and federal standards.Quality & Compliance: Oversee clinical documentation, Joint Commission accreditation, CMS revalidation, and OMHAS certification requirements.Program Oversight: Implement performance improvement initiatives, track clinical outcomes, and enhance service delivery.Recruitment & Outreach: Assist in hiring and retaining top talent while strengthening community partnerships.Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure alignment with CBHC's strategic vision.What We're Looking ForEducation & Licensure: Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC), Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution, with an active LISW-S or LPCC-S license in Ohio.Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a behavioral health management or leadership role.Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and experience with EMR documentation.Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with outcome measurement, performance improvement, and compliance with healthcare accreditation standards.Collaboration & Communication: Ability to lead, mentor, and work effectively with staff, community partners, and diverse client populations.Commitment to Community-Based Care: Passion for improving access to quality behavioral health services and experience with Eastern European and Middle Eastern communities.TO APPLYSend brief cover note and resume to: ****** with Clinical Director in the Subject line.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHealth Care ProviderIndustriesMental Health Care
