Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing strategies for the sales and technical support of rock drilling tools to enhance operational effectiveness at customer sites in Perth and Kalgoorlie.
* Building enduring relationships with office personnel in Kalgoorlie and other members of the company.
* Achieving sales and profit objectives in Perth and Kalgoorlie, contributing to the development of sales strategies specific to Western Australia.
* Focusing on expanding and developing existing client relationships while actively generating new business opportunities.
* Serving as the primary interface between customers and all relevant divisions, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
* Handling customer orders, providing pricing information, conducting consultative sales, and explaining product technology to customers.
Requirements
* A robust understanding of mining and drilling consumables, demonstrating expertise in the technical aspects and operational requirements of these products within the mining industry.
* A proven track record in leading teams, showcasing strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse workforce towards achieving sales and operational goals.
