This combined role will allow you to not only assist in the management of the centre but also take the lead in developing and delivering high-quality educational programs that inspire children and educators alike. About the Role: In your role as Assistant Director, you will work alongside the Centre Director to ensure efficient daily operations, uphold compliance standards, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment for families and staff. As Educational Leader, you will guide and mentor educators in delivering engaging, child-centred programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), fostering a love of learning in every child.
