The Position We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Construction Foreman to join a growing team in Brisbane.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing high-end residential landscaping projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include: Managing material deliveries and project schedules.
Monitoring project progress, schedules, and budgets to meet deadlines.
Leading a high-performance team and optimising worksite productivity.
Maintaining strict quality control standards.
Conducting daily toolbox meetings for team alignment.
Overseeing the full landscape construction process.
Balancing on-site leadership with hands-on work.
The Candidate The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with hands-on experience in landscape construction.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent problem-solving abilities, and are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
To be successful in this role, you will need: Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or advanced skillset in landscaping) Valid Driver's License.
General Construction Induction Card.
(Bonus) Bobcat, Excavator Tickets, and MR Truck License.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
