It manages reports, information, and data flow, while leading international engagement and identifying opportunities for more effective regulatory actions. The role As a Registration Officer, you will: Accurately and promptly register complaints, reports, correspondence, and documents Record subject and reporter details in the database Coordinate incoming information and maintain digital files Monitor email inboxes for incoming actions Escalate matters to Team Leader as needed Communicate with team members and external stakeholders Provide administrative support to the team as required About you In this role, you will play a key role in providing vital administrative support by efficiently registering and processing incoming submissions. You will work autonomously, follow clear procedures, and help drive timely action in a dynamic environment.
