Key Responsibilities
* Provide end-to-end customer service through each interaction
* Proactively approach queries and complaints and work to find solutions
* Create a welcoming and professional Reception Service within the building, including providing information and directions as appropriate
A Day in the Life
You will be responsible for:
* Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors to the buildings
* Assisting and directing customers according to their requests
* Maintaining the Front of House areas to ensure they are always presentable
* Reporting any issues that require attention
* Providing Hotel-style concierge and lifestyle services administration for customers, including transportation and travel arrangements, restaurant bookings, event bookings, and tickets
Requirements
* You must have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus
* Certificate Level in Hospitality/Business is desired but not essential
* First Aid Officer training is desired or willingness to be trained
