Customer Support Co-ordinator Role:
We are seeking a Customer Support Co-ordinator to join our team in Perth on a fixed-term basis until July 2025. This role will utilize your previous customer service experience to build customer relationships, liaise with customers, and make outgoing calls to organize new jobs and foster ongoing customer excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process purchase orders
* Liaise with customers daily
* Efficiently process enquiries and proactively resolve client issues
* Support the Customer Services, Sales and Services team, and Operations Team to achieve targets and deliverables
* Makes outgoing calls to promote our products and services to existing clients
* Coordinate, schedule, and process jobs through an internal software
* Process and approve invoices for customers through internal software

Requirements:
* Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/administration/reception and support)
* High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Intermediate computer skills
* Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills
* Able to work under pressure, multitask, and work autonomously
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Loves working in a team environment
* Experience using Ariba would be an advantage
