We’re entrusted with the operation and enhancement of a reliable, secure national digital health infrastructure and health support systems. Our commitment to fostering innovation ensures that we stay at the forefront of digital health advancements. The Lead Process Engineer role will be required to undertake work that is complex in nature, work under limited direction with the opportunity for reasonable autonomy and accountability. In this role, you will need to:Develop and maintain a structured framework for managing business processes, ensuring comprehensive visibility into their interdependencies.Collaborate with subject matter experts to map and document workflows and processes.Create detailed and user-friendly documentation, including process maps and work instructions, utilising BPMN v2.0 and other standard notations.Work closely with stakeholders across sections, ensuring their involvement and alignment in process improvement initiatives.Monitor process improvement projects, measuring their impact on organisational performance.Provide training and support for teams adopting optimised processes, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence.Apply a working understanding of the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) information security policies and the Essential Eight.What You’ll BringRelevant tertiary qualifications and experience in a government environment will be highly regarded.Relevant experience with process design and documentation using BPMN 2.0, or similar.Relevant experience with Business Process Management.Relevant experience with methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma and value-stream mapping.Ability to obtain and maintain national police check.Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.Ability to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency.Additional InformationThe position may be filled in Brisbane, Sydney or Canberra.
