The role is a supporting role in both projects and client site support, depending on requirements.Project Development and Commissioning (on-site)Coverage and support for clients (on-site client roster)Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and programming control systems for a variety of industrial applications.Configuring and troubleshooting PLC and SCADA systems.Designing and implementing control system architectures to optimise reliability, efficiency, and performance.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems with other key components.Providing technical support and training to end-users on the operation and maintenance of control systems.Monitoring and analysing system performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of industrial automation.You will report to a dedicated Lead Engineer / Manager / Mentor.You will be responsible for the delivery of Projects on Time and Budget.You will be expected to assist in the up-skilling and support of more Junior Engineers, as well as reporting and collaborating with Lead Engineers / Management.You will be expected to maintain and grow Client relationships.What we are looking forThe ideal candidate will not only be technically proficient but will also understand and value the importance of managing relationships both internally and externally.
