The role will focus more on the Product Access portion of work; however, this may change as required by business needs.This is a 12-month maternity leave coverage opportunity.You will focus on the management and processing of product access and/or medical information requests and will interact with physicians, nurses, and pharmacists to respond to these requests.
You will contribute to the quality use of medicines for patients with an unmet medical need through the provision of timely responses and exemplary customer service.As the Quality Use of Medicines Associate, you will also liaise with internal stakeholders to develop, implement, or manage programs and requests for medicines access such as, but not limited to, Early Access Programs and cost shares.RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the day-to-day intake, review, and management of requests from health care professionals for access to medicines in line with J&J brand strategy and that may not be supported by the usual registered and reimbursed access mechanisms.Development of product access or medical information reports when requested by the cross-functional teams and/or other functions.
Assist with the development and/or maintenance of product related JPRO pages.Collaborate with Medical, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Market Access, and Customer Service colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience, ensuring that tasks are managed in accordance with internal procedures and external requirements and providing an exemplary level of customer service.Ensure receipt, processing, and follow-up of all internal and external customer medical information requests occurs within agreed timeframes and through provision of comprehensive, high-quality balanced and accurate responses that meet company & industry requirements and standards.Meet the agreed KPIs for all Medical information and Product Access responses/requests.Identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints in accordance with Australian and New Zealand regulatory requirements and internal policies.ABOUT YOUExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAgility in dealing with ambiguity and changeExceptionally high levels of customer service (internal and external)Growth mindsetHigh levels of collaborationProduct KnowledgeA Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medicine, or life science is preferred.1-2 years relevant experience in Medical Affairs, Regulatory or Medical ComplianceExperience in searching web-based literature databases and critical appraisal of medical literature.Previous experience in working in a cross-functional team environment and managing successful stakeholder interactions.Johnson & Johnson, as a world leader across multiple therapy areas, offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to learn and grow across a broad range of those therapeutic areas.
