The Role We have an opening for an Anodising Plant Operator to join our Dandenong Branch. This full-time position offers on-the-job training and a clear path to advance to a Master Anodising Operator role. Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery to manage the anodising process. Inspect products to meet quality and specification standards. Troubleshoot equipment and product issues. Work to a production schedule to ensure timely order completion. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all Quality, WHS, and safety guidelines. What you will bring A desire to learn a new technical skill and grow into a senior role. Prior experience in manufacturing (aluminium finishing experience desirable but not essential). Proven reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions.
